The Opus House is conceived as a composed architectural work — a residence where form, proportion, and materiality are orchestrated with precision. Defined by strong horizontal and vertical planes, the façade presents a restrained yet commanding presence, balancing solidity with lightness through carefully framed openings and sculpted massing.

Inside, spaces unfold with clarity and restraint. Natural light is carefully framed, transitions are seamless, and every detail is resolved to enhance both function and atmosphere. The design does not seek attention through ornament, but through proportion, craftsmanship, and refined simplicity.
